In March of 2016, Dusty & his wife Melinda officially launched Wallace Creative LLC, creating Music, Art, & Media Resources with a focus on Church & Educational Settings.
Since August of 2016, Dusty has been a staff member in the Media Technology Department of Denison University.
From 2012-2016, Dusty served as the Worship & Creative Arts Director at Quest Community Church in Westerville, Ohio. As a member of the Ministry Director Staff, he directed the Worship & Production Team, coordinated Quest’s web and social media, and served in the Sunday morning preaching rotation. In his time at Quest, he had the privilege of hosting/working with internationally recognized worship leaders and songwriters Darrell Evans, and Jason Upton. He originally held his ministerial credentials and through Quest and is registered in the State of Ohio to ordain marriages.
From 2010-12, (& 14-15) he served as the Worship, Theater, and Vocal Ensemble Director for Central College Christian Academy. During this time (2010-12), Dusty also served as the Volunteer Worship Director for the Kairos Worship Service at Central College Presbyterian Church. Dusty is credentialed by the State of Ohio to teach Music, Religion, and Fine Arts in all Ohio private schools. From 2007-08, Dusty served as the Christian Education Assistant and Assistant to the Worship Pastor at Central College Presbyterian Church.
Ever since childhood, Dusty was noted and awarded for his artistic endeavors. These honors included (but are not limited to); Hommel Poetry Award (1997), Thespian Honors Society (2004-06), Tri-M International Music Honors Society (2004-06), and the National School Choral Award (2006).
In 2004 (as a high school student), Dusty began private studies in Music Education, and took courses in collegiate level Music Theory under the direction of Craig Porter and Lisa Huston. Before his calling to full-time/vocational ministry, Dusty began his collegiate studies as a Music Education (vocal emphasis) major at Bowling Green State University (2006). He also received ministerial training at the Vineyard Leadership Institute in 2007. From 2012-13, Dusty was a voice student under Otterbein University Professor, Dr. David Price.
Dusty has been increasingly sought after as a Worship Leader over the past several years, especially in his hometown of Westerville. Most recently, he has been asked to lead worship at the W.A.R.M. National Day of Prayer Breakfast, and at the Westerville Area Ministerial Association’s annual Good Friday worship gathering.
Since 2010, Dusty has released and published four digital singles. Three of these singles are his own material for use in worship gatherings. These singles were found on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Music, and Spotify. You can now stream some of Dusty's favorites under the "music" tab of this site!

-Active Private Lesson Studio since 2011, teaching Voice, Guitar, and Piano.
-Various contracted jobs as a Guitarist, Bassist, Vocalist, and Worship Leader.
-Various projects in Graphic Design, Video Post Production, and Audio Engineering.
